Iqbaal has worked for the hospitality industry for over 35 years.
He is a Certified Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistics and a Certified Meta-Coach from International Society for Neuro-Semantics.
He has been in operation abroad and in Mauritius. He has been involved in learning and development, as a trainer, coach and 10 years as director of the Beachcomber Training Academy.
Iqbaal has acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the analysis of training needs, the conception and delivery of training, in pursuit to find the best of solutions in training to help in unlocking people's potential and also to improve the performance of the company.

Ellapen padayachy
Trainer
He started his career in the hotel industry 40 years ago and worked his way up to finish his career as Restaurant Manager.
Ellappen holds a “Diploma in Hotel Management" from University of Mauritius (UOM). He has also received a trainer certificate from the IVTB/MES.
He also had the chance to develop his talents as an amateur sommelier after following an internship in France, in Bordeaux.
His wish today would be to share his knowledge, experience and know-how acquired over 40 years in hotel catering.

Provide apprentices with the necessary skills to be able to manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
The knowledge gained by learners through this course will enable them to provide customers with a positive dining experience from greeting to bill.
