Talent Innovation Ltd Cancellation Policy

FOR INDIVIDUALS

Terms and Conditions:

(i) A down payment of 60% is requested as deposit to confirm the reservation.

(ii) Balance of 40% should be settled before the starting date. 

(iii) A full payment at a discounted price with a non-refundable policy is applicable if 100% payment is done at least ONE week before the beginning of the course.

 

Kindly check our Cancellation Policy before any engagement.

 

1. 100% credit may be offered for any cancellation made 10 days or more prior to the event date. 

2. 80% credit may be offered for any cancellation made within 6~ 9 days prior to the event date.

3. 70% credit may be offered for any cancellation made within 3~ 5 days prior to the event date.

4. 50% credit may be offered for any cancellation made within 48 hours prior to the event date. 

5. No cancellation fee is applicable in case of no show. 

 

In case of cancellation whereby credit may be offered, the conditions will be as follows: 

 

Ø  Item No 1, 2. 3 and 4: A credit note will be issued and the rescheduling of the training session should take place within 3 months.

 

Ø  * Should there for any valid reasons cancellations beyond control of Talent Innovation Ltd, a FULL refund will be applicable.

 

FOR COMPANIES

Terms and Conditions:

(i) A down payment of 60% is requested as deposit to confirm the reservation 5 weeks before starting date.

(ii) Balance of 40% should be settled before the issuing of certificates. 

(iii) A full payment at a discounted price with a non-refundable policy is applicable if 100% payment is done at least ONE week before the beginning of the course.

1. 100% credit may be offered for any cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the event date. 

2. 50% credit may be offered for any cancellation made within 2~3 weeks prior to the event date.

3. 25% credit may be offered for any cancellation made within 1 week  prior to the event date.

4. No refund will be applicable in case of absenteeism.

 

In case of cancellation whereby credit may be offered, the conditions will be as follows: 

 

Ø  Item No 1, 2. 3 : A credit note will be issued and the rescheduling of the training session should take place within 2 months.
